Debra Vincent

PRESIDENT & OWNER

Deb Vincent is native Victorian, has been happily married for over 35 years, blessed with one son, and is a very proud grandparent to three adorable girls. Deb’s family has owned a successful local business for over three decades and growing up in a household of ambitious, thoughtful business owners has helped her understand the intricacies of business planning, work / life balance and personal fulfillment.

With twenty years of experience in the financial services field, eighteen years as an independent insurance broker, a senior advocate with an Elder Planning Designation, and as a current business owner, Deb has built an all-encompassing financial services business that includes a team of colleagues specializing in all aspects of finance, mortgages, estate planning and law.

Deb is committed to building a business with roots in community engagement, and holds philanthropy at the heart of all she practices. As a recipient of the benefits of a thriving community, it is important for her to give back to the very community that she has enjoyed throughout her life. She is a past chair for the B.C. Children’s Hospital Foundation and is a continuing member of their Circle of Care. Three years ago, Deb and her husband Doug were finalists for 2014 Outstanding Fundraising Volunteer and have participated in the Ride to Conquer Cancer – in 2014 and 2015 raising $25,000 each time. Deb is looking forward to another great Ride to Conquer Cancer 2017 journey with her team “Bridge Systems”.

Deb deeply values balancing personal and financial success and is also committed to helping her clients create “A Plan” that incorporates all their financial goals, while allowing them to enjoy the life they're living today.
